How SHORES Premium Boxed Water Is Made: From Source to Commercial Production

SHORES Premium Boxed Water is not a concept-stage beverage. Caribbean Water Technologies has already completed commercial production runs, shipped product into multiple markets, and demonstrated that its manufacturing platform can operate at meaningful scale.

This page explains how SHORES moves from water source to finished carton, why aseptic carton production matters, and what the company’s completed production runs show about commercial readiness.

From Caribbean Water Source to Finished Carton

SHORES begins with Caribbean-sourced water and is packaged in an aseptic carton designed for shelf-stable distribution. The carton format allows the product to move through conventional retail, hospitality and distribution channels without relying on a traditional single-use plastic bottle.

The package also uses a sugarcane-based cap. Caribbean Water Technologies treats those packaging features separately from its water-quality claims: the product packaging has its own sustainability story, while the water itself has separate independent testing.

Commercial Production Has Already Been Completed

Caribbean Water Technologies has produced and shipped more than 10,800 cases of SHORES across the U.S. Virgin Islands, Georgia, New York and the Cayman Islands. Those shipments provide operating proof that extends beyond prototypes, samples or small test batches.

  • 10,800+ cases produced and shipped.

  • Commercial shipments into the U.S. Virgin Islands, Georgia, New York and the Cayman Islands.

  • A demonstrated production run of 2,300 cases in six hours.

  • Finished product used in both retail and hospitality channels.

What a 2,300-Case Production Run Shows

A beverage company has to do more than create attractive packaging. It has to demonstrate that cartons can be filled, packed and moved through production efficiently enough to support commercial orders.

During one production run, 2,300 cases were produced in six hours. That operating result is one of the clearest pieces of evidence behind SHORES' scale-up story because it demonstrates completed throughput rather than a theoretical production estimate.

Aseptic Packaging and Shelf Life

SHORES uses aseptic carton packaging and has a 24-month shelf life. That combination is useful for island distribution, hospitality inventory and longer supply chains because finished product can be shipped and stored without the short shelf-life constraints common to many beverage categories.

Cases contain 18 cartons, allowing the product to move through normal case and pallet logistics for retail, hotel and distributor orders.

Why Manufacturing Proof Matters

For a growing beverage brand, manufacturing risk is different from market risk. A brand can have consumer interest and still struggle if it has never demonstrated repeatable commercial production. SHORES has already crossed that threshold by completing production and distribution into multiple markets.

The remaining challenge is expansion: placing more inventory into additional retail and hospitality channels while maintaining the same manufacturing and quality standards.

Independent Testing Is Part of the Production Story

SHORES' commercial proof is supported by independent microplastics testing. The tested water sample returned zero detectable microplastics in the laboratory report. That test is documented separately so consumers and business partners can review the evidence rather than rely on a broad marketing statement.
