Day 11 — July 25, 2026: Locking the Story and Building Its Publishing Engine

Locked the company-growth story and chronology, built the separate LinkedIn-series CMS and reusable HTML publishing architecture, and completed the finished LinkedIn end-of-day narrative without overstating what is live.

Today’s focus

Locking the founder-story chronology and building its repeatable publishing system

Accomplishments

Confirmed July 17 as the earliest reliable continuous record and July 24 as the public-story realization; preserved the correct advisor and AI attribution; created and updated the Episode Bible; reframed Day One around the growth challenge of an already-built company; created a separate Building the Engine Wix CMS collection; created Episode 1, I Couldn't Afford the Company I Needed; proved the real item could populate its own dynamic page; corrected duplicate and mistaken CMS connections; added Story HTML; converted the supplied Day One HTML design into a reusable custom-element and Velo publishing package; and created the finished LinkedIn end-of-day narrative, We Stopped Formatting Articles and Built a Publishing Engine.

Why This Matters

The company gained an evidence-backed narrative standard and a path to publish daily stories through one owned design rather than reformatting every article by hand.

Tomorrow's Agenda

Install and approve the reusable HTML renderer, then complete Episode 1's image, date, LinkedIn link, and release review.
