Day 8 — July 22, 2026: Rebuilding the Soca Shores Automation Media Library
Separated Official Commercial and Behind-the-Scenes routes, corrected source and filter errors, and replaced an uncontrolled whole-Drive video search with a dedicated active automation library.
Today’s focus
Rebuilding the automation media library and source controls
Accomplishments
Confirmed six Official Commercial and Behind-the-Scenes routes across 15-, 20-, and 30-second formats. Corrected the 15-second BTS filter, removed incorrect Audio-Carrier mappings, diagnosed missing image links and restricted Drive permissions, and completed controlled route tests. Built a new LIVE AUTOMATION LIBRARY with a flat ACTIVE AUTOMATION VIDEOS folder containing the three approved vertical commercials and one BTS test file. Restricted Make’s Google Drive module 6 to that folder and saved the scenario without rerunning.
Why This Matters
Controlled media folders and exact source boundaries reduce wrong-file risk and make the production workflow easier to audit.
Tomorrow's Agenda
Audit video sources, organize BTS assets, restrict image searches, and run one Official and one BTS validation.
