Day 7 — July 21, 2026: Turning One Video Test into a Production Standard
Standardized 113 approved photographs, corrected Drive queries and access problems, produced approved Party, Hammock, and Beach commercials, and completed the tracker’s final-status automation.
Today’s focus
Standardizing the image library and validating three campaign visual families
Accomplishments
Corrected the tracker-status wording and malformed image-search queries. Installed and configured IrfanView, batch-reduced 113 approved photographs, preserved the full-resolution originals, and created a separate Google Drive automation image library. Corrected public-access settings, diagnosed a blurry image after the first technically successful render, preserved the test, and created a corrected publishable version. Completed and reviewed Party, Hammock, and Beach outputs. Added a final Google Sheets module so successful runs automatically write Completed into the tracker.
Why This Matters
One controlled media standard turned an isolated automation test into repeatable production capacity.
Tomorrow's Agenda
Separate the production routes and control the active source folders.
